General Cleaning

Day & Night Cleaning Services

We use a floor machine to strip, wax, and buff floors. Must be familiar with a variety of floor equipment and have knowledge of how to install wax, prepare the floor, apply stripping fluid, and clean up.

Cleaning that is done immediately following the completion of a construction project is referred to as post-construction cleaning. A construction project is never quite finished until the post-construction cleaning is finished because if it isn't, it could not look its best.

The owner of Elite Maintenance Services Corporation, Javier Cruz, has been in the maintenance and cleaning business for over 15 years. He has two businesses based in NYC and Charlotte NC, with modern equipment and trained, professional staff.
He has partnered his expertise with Jose Martell as the COO, Jose is active in the day-to-day operations and is always accessible to meet your needs, Jose is enthusiastic about turning your area into your idealized picture of flawless production. Also, Jose has been in the maintenance industry for over 8 years where he has overseen schools, class A commercial properties, retail and medical facilities.
